1. What products do you sell?
We specialize in stylish outfits and accessories, including watches, sunglasses, and other fashion essentials for both men and women.
2. How can I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select your item, choose your size (if applicable), and click “Add to Cart”. Proceed to checkout and follow the steps to complete your purchase.
3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available in select regions within Pakistan. You’ll see the COD option during checkout if eligible.
4. How long does delivery take?

5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use it to track your parcel’s progress.
6. Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes! Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

7. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel at support@juniaro.com or WhatsApp. Share your order number and clear photos of the issue — we’ll resolve it quickly.
8. How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed to your original payment method (or via bank transfer/store credit for COD orders) within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
9. Do you restock sold-out items?
